Dot-Org Rwanda's Development Objective in providing Access
to Gitarama and Nyanza was primarily to attack the primary
couses of poverty, enhance democratic participation, create
new social and physical networks for change and invigorate
Private and Public Sector Partnerships.
The initiative is expected to ultimately redefine markets
available to the community and create new business models
that are sustainable within that community and beyond.
To put it bluntly, once people are able to carry out their
routines faster, more accurately and transparently, and are
able to communicate beyond their physical barriers, they is
no way that development would bypass them.
