Welcome to Dot-ORG Rwanda Project. The Project was allocated
an Office at Kabuga Building. The Project Coordinator is Mr.
Gerald Mpyisi. Mr. Joshua Muyenzi is the Office Manager. Mr.
Andrew Ijambo is in charge of Technical Matters.

Dr. Michael Tetelman (The Project Director) shakes hands
with Mr. Domian Habumuremyi (NEC Executive Director) in September
2002 after signing the MOU to implement USAID's grant to support
Democratization and Good Governance in Rwanda - especially
the 2002 Civic Education Campaigns, the preparation and production
of important instruments of a modern transparent election
to be held in 2003 and the Training of NEC' IST Unit to guarantee
service sustainability at NEC.
Prior to National Elections in 2003, The Chairman of the Rwanda's
Electoral Commission (Professor Chizologe Karangwa) received
various Computer Equipment and Hardware from Dot-Org Rwanda.
Mr. Gerald Mpyisi enjoyed several smilious moments with Professor
Karangwa and other senior servant of the Commission.
Thanks
to ICT Tools, the dot-ORG Rwanda Project is able to function
well with a staff team of only three persons. The AED Office
in Washington is always on line for support and encouragement.
The three man team is headed by Mr. Gerald Mpyisi the Projects
Coordinator. In brief, Mr. Mpyisi is in charge of:
-The overall direction and supervision of dot-ORG Rwanda;
-The Building of existing and new parnerships for dot-ORG
Rwanda; and
-Being the main point of contact for dot-ORG Rwanda.
Mr. Joshua Muyenzi is responsible for:
-Provision of a full range of Administrative, Secretarial
and Accounting services for dot-ORG Rwanda Office;
-Assists in liaison with Clients and Partners of dot-ORG Rwanda;
and
-Maintains and Looks after the dot-ORG Rwanda Office including
all equipment and all documents therein.
